On Wednesday, July 23rd, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II officially inaugurated Espace Honoré II, a modern complex designed to centralize nine government departments in a single location. This initiative aims to significantly enhance the delivery of public services throughout the Principality of Monaco.
Grand opening ceremony
The official opening ceremony, held at 5 Promenade Honoré II, was attended by approximately 500 civil servants and officials. Prince Albert II unveiled a commemorative plaque and subsequently toured the new facilities, accompanied by Minister of State Christophe Mirmand.
Centralized services and departments

The new building organizes services into two main sections:
Hall A consolidates the Department of Urban Planning and Mobility Foresight, the Department of State Properties, the Department of Social Welfare and Support, Public Parking Services, Monaco Parkings, and the Department of National Education, Youth and Sports.
Hall B houses the Vehicle Registration Services, the Stamp Issuing Office, the Department of Housing, and the Department of Legal Affairs.
The consolidation of these nine key government departments into a unified, modern facility represents a significant step towards improving the efficiency and accessibility of public services for all residents and visitors to Monaco.
