The prestigious Art Monte-Carlo fair is set to make a triumphant return to the Grimaldi Forum for its ninth edition on July 8th and 9th, 2025. Under the High Patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco, this year’s fair promises to be an even more expansive and vibrant celebration of international contemporary art, solidifying its reputation as a key event on the global art calendar.
Expanding horizons: A new era for art Monte-Carlo
For the very first time, Art Monte-Carlo will utilize the newly extended spaces of the Grimaldi Forum, offering visitors an enhanced and more spacious experience. This expansion allows for a broader presentation of art and design, accommodating a diverse range of exhibitors and innovative installations.
A curated collection of leading galleries and spotlit artists
Attendees can look forward to a meticulously curated lineup of 24 prominent international galleries. This includes the return of art world powerhouses such as Almine Rech, Mennour, and Robilant + Voena, who consistently bring exceptional works to the fair. Excitingly, new participants like Waddington Custot and Galerie Suzanne Tarasieve will also join the ranks, adding fresh perspectives to the selection.
A special solo section will provide dedicated platforms for individual artists, with this year’s edition spotlighting the captivating works of artists like Houda Terjuman and Leonor Fini. Additionally, renowned art publisher Taschen will be on hand, presenting a carefully chosen selection of contemporary editions for collectors and enthusiasts.

Artistic collaborations and engaging initiatives
One of the major highlights of this year’s fair is a significant collaboration with the Centre Pompidou. The iconic Parisian institution will unveil a unique booth offering a glimpse into its architectural future, providing a fascinating insight into the evolution of one of the world’s most important modern art museums.
Further enriching the artistic experience, a central curated display titled “Colors!” will be presented by Didier Ottinger. This exhibition will delve into 20th-century masterpieces through the insightful lens of color, running in parallel with the highly anticipated “Colors!” exhibition at the Grimaldi Forum, creating a cohesive and immersive thematic exploration.
Innovations in design and dialogue
Art Monte-Carlo 2025 also introduces exciting innovations beyond traditional art displays. The fair welcomes acclaimed interior designer Pierre Yovanovitch as its guest designer. Yovanovitch will present a dedicated 60m² installation that masterfully blends collectible design with contemporary art, offering a unique fusion of aesthetics and functionality.
Complementing the visual feast, the fair is launching a dynamic new talks program. Hosted within Olivier Vadrot’s agora-inspired KERKIS installation, these conversations will feature major voices from the art world, including Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Simon de Pury, and Stefano Rabolli Pansera. This program promises insightful discussions and valuable perspectives on current trends and topics in the art community.
Luxury partnership and concurrent art week
Adding a touch of exquisite craftsmanship, Maison Piaget, Art Monte-Carlo’s new luxury partner, will showcase exceptional watchmaking and jewelry pieces. This partnership underscores Piaget’s long-standing engagement with artistic creation and meticulous craftsmanship, aligning perfectly with the fair’s celebration of beauty and artistry.
Coinciding with Art Monte-Carlo, Monaco Art Week will run from July 7th to 12th, 2025. This parallel event unites 15 galleries and auction houses across the Principality, offering an expanded opportunity for art lovers to explore a diverse range of exhibitions and sales throughout Monaco.
Art Monte-Carlo 2025 is poised to be an unmissable event, offering a rich tapestry of international contemporary art, innovative design, and engaging dialogue within the stunning setting of the Grimaldi Forum.
